Why Men Should Spend Less on "Mukombero" And More On "Njugu"

Contrary to what many men believe, Mukombero is not as efficient in boosting sexual performance, and thus, men should budget more on Njugu which is scientifically approved.

To a majority of men, njugu (Peanuts) and mukombero (Mondia Whitei) intake are perceived to boost sexual performance and overall quality, leading some to believe that no intake would lead to the opposite.

Mukombero is a traditional plant used for the treatment of sexual dysfunction. In a market, it is not surprising to see almost all mukombero customers are men. Also, in online marketing such as WhatsApp groups, the plant is only advertised to men.

Mukombero is cited to aid in erectile functions and afterwards boost sexual libido. To most men, it is like a drug. In one of the valentine's season, a certain man posted the plant in X social media platform, with a caption, "preparing for the season", and fellow men backed him up.

Mukombero is not as it is over rated. According to sources (men), it's functioning is just psychological, arguing that one who uses it with an aim of achieving higher libido will automatically connect it to the plant once they achieve it, but if one takes it as a mere snack, nothing is going to change. "Ni kucheza tu na akili" (It's just playing with mind), cited one of the man that has used the plant.

Some men who have used it argue that high sexual performance depends on their partners too; how motivated they feel, pleasure and the energy reciprocated. They add that if one has health issues like inactive sexual hormones or premature ejaculations, mukombero won't solve anything. "It depends with who you are having intimacy with", another man claimed.

Mukombero thus could have nothing to do with manhood duties. "Improvement is only achieved through the mind", argued another. Scientifically,  it has limited and conflicting evidence to prove it's effectiveness in boosting sexual performance.

While some men support it's controversy in boosting sexual performance, others say it works for them although not efficiently. "Yes, it works but sometimes it doesn't, no matter how much you take", one of the active users said.

Mukombero as claimed by sources is useful in sexual activities and as medicine too. "It is good for teeth, stomach and appetite. It also cleans the kidney that enhances regular and strong erection", another active user cited. However, scientific evidence for these claims is limited.

Dangers of Mukombero intake

Over consumption of mukombero can lead to reduced fertility in men. Experts also argue that it contains unlicensed pharmaceutical ingredients that could endanger people's health, and that promoters exaggerate on it's effects on men's sexual health.

Truth about Njugu (Peanuts) on men sexual health

Peanuts, on the other hand, have verified scientific support that proves on its efficiency in boosting men's sexual quality.

An analysis of study conducted by MedicalNewsToday in 2018 indicated that men who took atleast two handful of peanuts on a daily basis reported improvement in erectile function, orgasm quality and sexual desire.

Peanuts contain aminoacid that the body converts to nitric acid and which aids in blood vessel dilation necessary for erections. Men who actively consume peanuts says that the cereals indeed boost sexual stamina by making testosterone more active. However, only regular intake of them enhances the results.

In conclusion, men should divert their attention from mukombero and spend more money on njugu.

  1. Hahaha 🤣 😂! This article cracked me up but spoke pure facts. Imagine spending all your money on Mukombero hoping to become a "bedroom beast," yet science says peanuts do the job better! Sometimes I wonder if men love the root or just the illusion. Time to chew njugu and leave fairy tales to kids. Great piece, truth served with a smile keep writing!
